Good quality, expected better shipping
I decided to try Pangaia after hearing good things about their sustainable materials. I purchased an Organic Cotton T-Shirt and some Pangaia Socks. The t-shirt felt really soft and well-made, definitely lived up to the hype in terms of material. The socks were comfortable too. However, shipping took almost a week and a half to arrive in New York, which felt a bit long, especially for the price point. The packaging was minimal, which I appreciate for sustainability, but I wished for a quicker delivery option. Customer service was fine when I asked about my order status, but didn't offer much in terms of expediting it. Value for money on the products is good, just the delivery speed could improve.
Always a reliable choice
This was my fourth time ordering from Pangaia, I believe. I picked up a Re-Pangaia Hoodie this time. The quality was consistent with my previous purchases, which is why I keep coming back. The sizing felt the same as the 365 Signature Hoodie I got last year. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Oregon, which is pretty standard for them.
